Wakefield Council has appointed Beam to produce a Public Art Plan for City Fields, a planned 152 hectares (375 acres) urban extension just East of Wakefield city centre.

In 2016 / 17 we  met with key stakeholders to develop the Public Art Action Plan which is an appendix to the masterplan for the site.

The Plan will guide the future provision of public art across the development and support the creation of a distinctive identity and a strong and healthy community at City Fields. The Plan will be completed in early 2017 with the first artworks to be commissioned before the end of the year.
