• 13 February – Design Review of the Lockies Scheme
      The Orangery, Back Lane, Wakefield, WF1 2TG

Beam and our Associate, Tom Lonsdale, are working in partnership with Wakefield Council, South Kirkby Community Association and Chevin Housing to develop a vision and outline plans for a 1.5 acre, disused site (nicknamed ‘The Lockies’) in the old pit village of South Kirkby, near Wakefield.
