Robert has 30 years experience in the arts, built environment, and media in England, Canada and Scotland. Since joining Beam (then Public Arts) in 1997 he has guided the development and diversification of the company. He has led a number of key projects including Beam’s contribution to artranspennine98, and a range of place-making and public art initiatives, including the public art strategy for the Northern Way and ’Turning Point’, the new visual arts strategy for Yorkshire & the Humber.
