Supported by Creative Wakefield, as part of its Advance mentoring programme, we’ve been working with Sustainable Arts in Leeds (SAIL) to complete Carbon Literacy training and to consider how to further develop our environmental action plan for both Beam as an organisation and for our work.
We’re looking forward to embedding the learning into our work going forwards and are excited to have joined SAIL as a member.
SAIL is a membership organisation working to support the cultural and creative industries to become more sustainable. Their purpose is to reduce our collective impact on the environment through building a collaborative network, so we can play an active role in a zero-carbon future.
