Beam worked with the FORGED partnership in the Tees Valley to develop a new ‘Public Art Action Plan’ – a practical public art guide and supporting resources for commissioners, artists, developers, and communities, focusing on how to bring public art to life in public spaces.
Led by Middlesbrough Art Week and Navigator North, and supported by the Tees Valley Combined Authority, FORGED aims to establish the region as a national hub for public art.
The Public Art Plan was officially launched as part of an event which brought together artists, commissioners and local authorities in May 2026. Read more.
