Beam appointed One To One Development Trust to deliver ‘Dreaming Streaming’ – a digital arts and heritage project – at City Fields, on behalf of Wakefield Council.
Through community workshops and public events One to One have built an interactive online repository for information about the heritage of the City Fields area and its surrounding communities. The archive holds a range of information including, photographs, maps, audio and films collected and produced throughout the project.

City Fields is a huge site to the East of the Wakefield District with a large urban extension programme planned over the next twenty years. 2500 new homes are due to be built, there will be increased school provision, health, retail and community facilities, along with outdoor leisure opportunities via the 2km water frontage, open space provision and walking and cycling links to both the city centre and surrounding areas.
