North East Lincolnshire Council and partners are working together with a range of local organisations and groups to engage with the community on small-sided, non-grass outdoor sporting facilities. They are currently working on a potential bid to the Football Foundation to fund several ‘PlayZone’ facilities.
PlayZone’s are safe, inclusive accessible outdoor facilities that bring communities together through recreational forms of football and a range of other sports.
As part of the development of the potential bid, North East Lincolnshire Council would like to hear from residents on existing local facilities and features of new facilities, should the bid be successful.
